Golden State will face Cleveland in the NBA Finals

The Warriors are heading to the NBA Finals again on the back of another third-quarter avalanche.

Golden State blitzed the Rockets 33-to-15 in the 12 minutes after halftime and cruised to a 101-92 Game Seven win in the Western Conference finals in Houston.

Steph Curry led the charge with five threes and 19 of his 27 points in the frame.  He also finished with 10 assists, nine rebounds and four steals.  Kevin Durant had a team-high 34 points for the Warriors.

Houston missed 27 straight three-point shots and finished just 7-of-44 behind the arc.  James Harden, Trevor Ariza and Eric Gordon accounted for 4-of-34 of those.  Harden tallied 32 points and Gordon 23 in defeat.

The Rockets led by as many as 13, but blew a big first-half lead for the second straight game.

Golden State and Cleveland start their fourth straight NBA Finals matchup, with Game One Thursday in Oakland.
