A aircraft similar to one used in World War II is in Windsor.
"Fifi" arrived in the city on Monday and is one of two Boeing B-29's in the world that is still operating.
The aircraft will be showcased at the Canadian Historical Aircraft Association starting on Wednesday, as part of the Commemorative Air Force Air Power History Tour.
Phil Pedron is the flight engineer and is also the tour leader.
He says the aircraft was built just before the second world war and was released in service two weeks after the war.
"This is the airplane or the type of airplane that dropped the bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki so it truly is the aircraft that ended WWII for us," says Pedron. "It was the last designed WWII bomber."

He adds it's a noisy aircraft.
"The pilots will tell you it's like flying a pick up truck," says Pedron. It's an armstrong airplane. It's not like modern aircraft where the controls are boosted and fly by wire. Everything is mechanical in the airplane."
Pedron says it takes a six-man crew to fly the airplane.
The aircraft was taken out of service in 1959 and is stationed in Fort Worth, Texas.
Tours run from 9am until 5pm Wednesday through Sunday at CHAA.
