Damage is set at 120,000
Damage is estimated at $120,000 after a car fire in Windsor also damaged two homes.
Fire crews were called to the scene in the 2200 block of Parkwood Ave, just north of Lens Ave. around 5am Monday.
When they arrived, they found a black, 2004 Mercedes on fire.

Matt Brosnan and his mother live in one of the homes involved and told AM800's Teresinha Medeiros they were asleep at the time.
"We woke up at 5 in the morning to our door being knocked on and our car on fire," he says. "Pretty scary, yeah!"
Brosnan says while damage to his home is extensive, he's glad no one was hurt.
"Yeah, we're lucky. I guess we're just lucky to be out of it right? It could have been serious. Things worked out, I guess, in the end," he says.
The investigation is in the initial stages, but has been deemed suspicious and the Windsor Police Service Arson Unit is continuing the investigation.
