Drivers honked and students cheered in twin protest on Tecumseh Road E
Hundreds of students at two Windsor high schools a block apart walked out in protest of the Ford government education cuts.
They were among tens of thousands across the province hoping to send a message about their discontent.
Waving signs with message like "Our education is not the place to make cuts" and I should be studying right now" the students cheered as vehicle rolled past, honking.

Kennedy student Ammina Hursawish says it's more than just larger class sizes.
"I don't support him cutting out for kids who have autism and also for the education costs for low income families, myself being in a low income family I don't support it"
