The Windsor South Canadians prepare for the Provincial Championship Tournament in Kingston
The AM800 / CTV Minor Sports Team of the Week this week is the South Canadians All Star Majors, coached by Michael McGuire.
The team has worked tremendously hard this year and has won the District 5 Little League Championship with a record of 5-0.
They are headed to Kingston to compete in the Little League Provincials this coming weekend.
They will represent Windsor competing against seven other Little League districts in Ontario for a chance to represent Ontario in the Nationals.
Each member of the team receives a $10 Canadian Tire Gift Card and a certificate. The Team also receives an additional $50 Canadian Tire gift card for equipment.
