The trial of former Kingsville Fire Chief Bob Kissner has heard one of his complainants regrets not speaking out.
Kissner is facing 17 counts of various sex-related offences including sexual assault and sexual exploitation.
this complainant related a similar story to that told by previous complainants.
He alleges Kissner invited him to his residence and then offered a bath in his Jacuzzi-style bathtub.
The witness says he locked the door and after towelling off put on his pants.
He says he hadn't put on his shirt when he opened the door and was surprised when he claims Kissner was standing right there.
He says Kissner then told him to lie on the bed where he was massaged on the shoulders and back, then his butt.
He told court he felt scared and uncomfortable, but admitted he didn't object at the time.
He says he now wishes he had spoken out because it could have helped others, saying that decision weighs on him.
The witness says he told his mother at one point that Kissner was constantly touching his rear end.
When she was called as the next witness she confirmed that and explained she "blew it off" suggesting it was like a sports atta-boy.
The woman was asked if she considered it as anything else at the time.
She looked over at Kissner and said "God no, I trusted that man."
The mother also told court of an offer she claims Kissner made.
She says "out of the blue" Kissner offered that if she was having trouble with her son the boy could come live with him.
The mother described that offer as odd.
