The victim suffered nonlife threatening injuries
Windsor police have charged a 40-year-old man in connection to an assault at Lillian Avenue near Shepherd over the weekend.
They responded just before 11:30 pm Sunday for a report of a fight in progress.
Officers first found an SUV with windows smashed and other damage and then heard yelling from a garage.
They found an injured man along with another man.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation determined a physical altercation had happened after an argument, one of the men left the garage and damaged a parked vehicle.
Andrew Schultz is charged with aggravated assault, mischief and four counts of failing to comply with a recognizance.
