Fans of the Blues should mark July 12-15 on their calendar.
"I can say it is the best lineup we have ever had," says President of Bluesfest Windsor 2018 Rob Petroni.
Organizers of Bluesfest Windsor have announced the lineup for the four-day festival at the Riverfront Festival Plaza which includes the Pat Travers Band, Jonny Lang, Colin James, Night Ranger, Drop Dead Famous and Beth Hart.
Petroni says the Saturday headliner will be announced in May but he hints the artist draws a crowd of about 14,000 people.
"One of the bands we can't announced today due to they are playing a different place within a 100 miles of us but we will be announcing our Saturday headliner May 26," he says.
As well, plans are in the works to expand the festival next year.
"Next year we have planned on and secured that we are going to two weekends and possibly throughout the week," he says. "We are trying to get the weekend before or after us depending on the schedule."
On average, about 3,000 people a night attend the festival.
Petroni expects a sell-out for three nights of the festival.
