Authorities in New Zealand says it appears migrants were the target of two shootings at mosques in Christchurch, which left 49 dead.
Health authorities say 48 people with gunshot wounds are being treated at Christchurch Hospital.
Police have taken three men and a woman into custody, one of whom has been charged with murder.
Officials have not confirmed if one of the suspects is a man who claimed responsibility, and left a 74-page anti-immigrant manifesto outlining his reasoning.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern says while many affected by the shootings may be migrants or refugees -- quote -- "they have chosen to make New Zealand their home, and it is their home. They are us."
Calling it "one of New Zealand's darkest days," Prime Minister Ardern says "the events represent an extraordinary and unprecedented act of violence."
According to the New Zealand Herald, the shootings at one of the sites was also livestreamed for 17 minutes by the gunman. The attack shows the gunman spend more than two minutes inside the Masjid Al Noor mosque in central Christchurch, spraying terrified worshippers with bullets again and again, sometimes re-firing at people he has already cut down.
