A Windsor man is facing charges after a fight where a victim was allegedly burned with lighter fluid.
Police were called Friday, February 22 at 12:40pm for a fight at Caroline St. and Bruce Ave but when officers arrived, everyone had left.
Officers learned the victim had been in a vehicle in the area when a man known to him got into the vehicle.
The pair started to argue when the suspect threw lighter fluid on him and lit a fire. Property was taken from the victim as well.
The victim went to the hospital to be treated for burns.
Police were able to identify the suspect who was arrested Monday morning.
Kenneth Jones, 29, of Windsor is facing charges aggravated assault, robbery and assault with a weapon.
