A 46yearold man faces impaired driving charges

The victim involved in a two vehicle crash in the city's east end has passed away.

AM800's News has learned from the family, the victim Cynthia Cosgrave was taken off life support Tuesday morning and died in hospital.

Police were called early Monday morning around midnight to the crash on McHugh St., between Lauzon Rd. and Clover.

One person was arrested and a 46-year-old Windsor man is facing charges of impaired driving causing bodily harm and exceeding 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol.

In total, four people were taken to the hospital.

Cosgrave was know to her friends as Cindy Harrison.
