The OPP are looking for witnesses after a crash where one vehicle left the scene in Windsor.
It happened on Highway 3, just south of the EC Row Expressway around 7:15am Thursday.
A black Cadillac SUV and a gold Toyota Camry or similar vehicle, collided.
The car failed to stop, drove over the median and continued southbound on Highway 3.
Police say there should be front end damage to the car.
