Victor Martinez may be closing in on the end of his career.

After yesterday's 6-5 loss to the White Sox, Martinez said he is just enjoying these last six weeks and he'll finally go home.

Last season, he was hospitalized twice with an accelerated heartbeat and underwent a procedure to correct the issue before returning this year.

Martinez, who will be 40 in December, is in the last season of a four-year contract.
