Police say Jordan Ganovicheff, 32, of Windsor has been charged with 1st degree murder relating to the homicide investigation at 810 Ouellette Ave.
Windsor police were called to the apartment building Saturday at 7am for a trouble unknown.
"We received a call to our 911 dispatch centre. It was placed by a female. Police intervention was requested by the female," says Windsor Police Staff Sergeant Todd Cox.
Two men and the woman who called 9-1-1 were found inside. All three were acquaintances.
Staff Sergeant Cox says the woman is a tenant of the apartment unit.
A 35-year old Windsor man was found with vital signs absent. Officers began performing living saving measures and the man was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy will be performed in London on Sunday.
Police are not releasing any details about the cause of death or motive.
