Windsor Fire and Rescue is reporting a house fire that killed nine cats was cause by an, "electrical failure in the bathroom."
Crews were called to 1614 Highland Ave. near Hanna St. just after 11am Saturday morning.
Fire officials say residents who were home at the time were able to get out safely.
One person has been displaced by the fire that caused $85,000 damage.
The road was closed for several hours but has since reopened.
