Damage is estimated at $125,000 after a fire at the Le Goyeau Condominiums in downtown-Windsor Tuesday.
Windsor Fire and Rescue Services arrived around 4:30pm to find heavy smoke coming from a twelfth-floor balcony on the west-side of the building — located on the corner of Riverside Dr. and Goyeau St.

Chief Fire Prevention Officer John Lee tells AM800 News the fire was contained to the balcony, but the condominium did sustain smoke damage.
The fire was caused by an electrical failure and two people have been displaced.
One person was taken to hospital to be treated for smoke inhalation.
