An east-Windsor house-fire has displaced 11-people.
Windsor Fire and Rescue Services arrived at home in the 2800 block of Rivard near Haig Ave.to find a fully involved fire at around 12pm Sunday.
Everyone managed to escape without injury but the home sustained more than $100,000 damage.
Investigators say the fire isn't suspicious — it's believed have started by an incense burner.
The home is owned by the Windsor Housing Corporation, the organization will be relocating those involved until repairs can be completed.

In a separate incident Windsor fire was called to Central Park Athletics on the corner of Grand Marais Rd. and Central Ave. for an ammonia leak around the same time.

The chemical is used as an industrial refrigerant and causes irritation to the eyes, nose, lungs and throat in high concentrations — the facility has been evacuated.
No one was seriously injured and the facility re-opened after several hours.
