A flood warning for the region has been adjusted because of changing wind conditions.
The Essex Region Conservation Authority says the warning remains in place for the west shore of Pelee Island.
But for Leamington the warning is downgraded to a watch.
ERCA expects the wind to shift to the west-northwest and gust to 55 kilometres and hour.
That direction will decrease the potential of damage along the Leamington shoreline areas.
Meanwhile, the City of Windsor received 12 reports of flooded basements throughout the city.
There were also 24 reports of blocked catch basins or road flooding.
