Damage is estimated at $240,00 after a fire this morning at 25 Cedar Cres.in McGregor.
Essex firefighters were called to Hidden Creek Communities shortly before 6:00am and arrived to find flames shooting from the building.
Shantelle Rayner is a neighbour and told AM800 "I woke up to hearing people talking and the fire trucks, looked out the window to see my neighbour's house in flames.
The cause is listed as "undetermined."
