Arson is listed as the cause of two separate fires at a multiplex in Walkerville.
Fire crews were called Sunday to 1050 Assumption St. around 2:30am.
Crews arrived to find smoke showing from the six-unit multiplex.
Windsor fire say two separate fires were started and both were intentionally set.
One fire started in a stairwell and another in a lower hallway.
Two people were displaced.
Damage is pegged at $10,000.
