Damage is pegged at $300,000 after an apartment fire in east-Windsor on Tuesday saw a woman rescued from a balcony.
In a tweet, Chief Fire Prevention Officer John Lee says there is $80,000 worth of damage to the suite and $220,000 to the building.
The fire broke out just before 9am at the seniors apartment complex on Rivard Ave. and Tecumseh Rd E.
Lee says the investigation determined the fire started in the bedroom of the second floor unit and the cause is listed as undetermined.
He says the fire is not suspicious.
A female resident remains in hospital with smoke inhalation in critical, but stable condition.
