A 'high-risk take-down' executed by Windsor Police and the OPP has resulted in the arrest of a wanted man.
It happened on Walker Rd. at Grand Marais Rd. around 5pm Tuesday.
Ontario Provincial Police trailed a wanted vehicle on Highway 401 from Tecumseh before attempting to apprehend the passenger in Windsor.
Police surrounded a white Dodge Ram pickup and witnesses say officers had guns drawn.
A 26-year-old man from Port Burwell Ont. was arrested at the scene and is being returned to that area to face charges. A second man in the vehicle was arrested and released without charges.
Investigators have yet to release details on the charges.
The road was closed while police investigated.
