Windsor fire crews were called to Marine City Apartments just before 130pm
The fire is out at an apartment building on Ouellette Avenue near Tecumseh Road West.
Windsor fire crews were called to Marine City Apartments just before 1:30pm.
Chief Fire Prevention Officer John Lee says the fire was contained to a fourth floor balcony.
He says it was caused by a discarded cigarette which ignited a chair.
There were no injuries and damage is pegged at $5000.
