A little league baseball club will be approaching the city about increased security after its clubhouse in south Windsor was targeted by vandals again.

The Windsor South Canadian Clubhouse in Veteran's Memorial Park was spray painted with graffiti earlier this week.

Although the city owns the building, Little League President Tim Jacques says the little league will likely clean and repaint it.

"I'm assuming it is kids, I certainly know that there is always a cost factor, time and cost to continuously repaint the clubhouse," he says.

Windsor police, Crime Stoppers and the city have been contacted.

"I understand they are busy," says Jacques. "It is a prime importance to me and the community as the president and I know they have things that garner more attention."

He would like to see more security such as lights and cameras to discourage vandals.
