Luke Willson of the Seattle Seahawks is recovering after knee surgery.
He hurt it while blocking on Christine Michael's one yard touchdown run late in Sunday's win over Atlanta.
Seattle head coach Pete Carroll said Willson suffered cartilage damage and stretched ligaments.
"Thanks 12s for all the well wishes," Willson tweeted earlier today from his hospital bed." The healing started today and if all goes well, I'll be back helping the Seahawks in no time!"
Willson told AM800 Sports he's had ankle injuries and a shoulder injury in college but this was his first knee injury.
Willson also said "it was just a normal football play, but my knee was in the wrong place and the wrong time, and I felt a pop in my knee."

The MRI revealed a tear, but Willson said "it's not serious" and he hopes to be back on the field sometime this season.
Willson had one catch for nine yards Sunday in the Seahawks 26-24 victory over the Falcons.
