Police are investigating the discovery of a body in an alley off Wyandotte Street near Parent Avenue.
Officers were called to the area just before 8:00 Friday morning.
Major Crimes did have the area cordoned off.
Wissam Abbas operates the El Mayor restaurant in the area.
He says he talk to police but they did not confirm if it was a homicide, an overdose or just that a body was found.
Abbas says there's a growing problem with the homeless camping out in a parking lot behind his business at night.
"Street Help feeds them in the morning but what happens after the morning that's the problem," says Abbas. "They stay outside in the alley and they do they're thing. Once we close they bring their tents put them in our parking lot, do drugs, sex whatever and at night you see what happens. That's the result."

Abbas adds business owners are suffering because of the homeless who loiter along the street.
"We're losing customers, my neighbour here, hairstylist Peter, he's losing customers," says Abbas. "It's been crazy, last couple weeks unbelievable what's going on here."
El Mayor has been at its current location for 20 years.
