A commercial truck stolen in Tecumseh has been recovered — but the thieves are still at large and investigators have released images of a vehicle that may have been involved.
Police say on Tuesday, a 32-foot Work Authority truck filled with 800 pairs of work boots was taken from a commercial property on Tecumseh Rd E. was stolen. The truck was found Wednesday and OPP are crediting the public and the media for spreading the word and sharing a photo of the truck via social media.

The thieves responsible are still at large, but investigators found surveillance images of a vehicle they believe may have been involved.
Police are looking for an early model brown Buick Rendezvous that is missing the hubcaps on both rear tires and has tape around the front passenger side window.
A witness told police the vehicle was also spotted at the same location the Work Authority truck at a rural public boat ramp at the end of Jeanette's Creek Rd, north of Tecumseh Line, in Chatham-Kent County.
