Windsor police have arrested and charged a 6th person related to a murder investigation last fall.
A 26-year-old man was the victim of a violent assault in a west Windsor apartment, on Mill Street, in October of last year.
He had his hands bound, was beaten and stabbed multiple times -- later dying in hospital.
Daniel Shaw, 38, from Windsor is now charged with first-degree-murder, kidnapping and forcible confinement.
He was picked up by officers at a home on Charlie Brooks Court Saturday at 10:30pm.

Windsor police constable Andrew Drouillard says police were tipped off about the suspect's whereabouts.
"There was information that he was in the Windsor area and through an investigation, our Emergency Service Unit officers were able to located him in the 7000 block of Charlie Brooks Court," says Constable Drouillard
Also charged are:
Walter Smith, 67 of Windsor is charged with murder and forcible confinement.
Dustin Schuh, 26, of Windsor is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, forcible confinement and other firearm related offences.
Melissa Luyten, 32, of Windsor is charged with first-degree murder, kidnapping, forcible confinement and other firearm related offences.
Dennis Christian Bercian, 30, of Windsor is charged with murder, forcible confinement and kidnapping
Erick Alexander Bercian, 30, of Windsor is charged with murder, forcible confinement and kidnapping.
