Windsor police say he was found at around 330 p.m. Sunday
A missing man has been found and is safe, according to Windsor Police Service (WPS).
Police sent out a description to seek the public's help in locating the man out of concern for his safety Sunday at around 2:30 p.m.
He was found unharmed around 3:30 p.m., according to WPS.
Police thanked residents for their help via Twitter.
