Windsor police have got their suspect in a fraud investigation.
Windsor police have identified their suspect after looking into the case of a credit card being fraudulently used.
Police report the credit card was stolen and had been used in a number of transactions at convenience stores over the last couple of weeks. Police say the card was taken either February 7th or 8th.
A surveillance camera caught the suspect and a photo was made public.
