Reports out of Florida indicate the Panthers are after another Windsor native in Joel Quenville to replace Boughner

The Florida Panthers have fired Bob Boughner as the team's head coach.

An official statement was released by the team via Twitter Sunday morning.

The Windsor native has been the bench boss in Florida for the past two seasons — missing the playoffs and finishing the 2019 season with a record of 36-32-14.
