A busy morning for Windsor Fire...
Clean up is underway after a house fire at 1341 Curry Ave.
Crews were called to the home just before 5am and arrived to find flames and smoke showing from the first floor.
One resident had to be rescued and was sent to hospital.
The resident is listed in critical condition.
An investigator is attending the scene today to determine the cause and damage.
And earlier in the morning, just before 4am...
Crews responded to a fire at a townhouse at 3485 Wells Street.
The family of five was able to get out safe, but has been left homeless due to the fire.
The cause is listed as 'improper disposal of smoking materials'.
Damage is pegged at $100,000.
