The fire broke out just after midnight on Victoria Ave
Damage is pegged at $175,000 after a vacant house fire on Victoria Avenue in Windsor.
Crews were called to the home at 1518 Victoria near Shepard just after midnight and found heavy smoke and flame on the first floor.
Chief Fire Prevention Officer John Lee says the fire started in the basement.
He says the cause is listed as accidential.
Lee says there were no injuries.
