Police are investigating
A bizarre scene along the Windsor waterfront Monday morning.
Police, fire and EMS were called to the foot of Glengarry Ave. and Riverside Drive around 8:30am for a vehicle on a fence.
The vehicle was propped up by the fence around the Festival Plaza, leaning at a 45 degree angle.
No one was hurt but there was a lot of damage to the front bumper of the vehicle.
Police are trying to determine how the vehicle ended up on the fence.
