The owner of the New England Patriots is charged with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution
A judge is blocking the release of surveillance video of Robert Kraft.
Lawyers for owner of the New Eland Patriot filed an emergency motion to stop release of the video after the prosecutors announced plans to release it under Florida's disclosure laws.
The videos allegedly show Kraft engaging in sexual acts at a massage parlor in Jupiter, Florida on two occasions in January.
Florida Circuit Court Judge Joseph Mars ruled Wednesday afternoon that the video will not be made public until he has a chance to review it.
A hearing on the matter will be held on April 29th.
Kraft was charged in February with two misdemeanor counts of soliciting prostitution for allegedly paying for sex — he has pleaded not guilty.
