Four people got out safely
The investigation into a Monday afternoon fire is complete.
Crews were called to Partington Ave. near University Ave. around 2pm.
According to Windsor fire, the cause is being listed as accidental, by the use of a torch used for plumbing.
Damage is estimated at $150,000, no injuries are reported and four people got out of the home safely.
