The Ministry of Labour is investigating a fatal tree cutting incident in Chatham-Kent.
Police were called Wednesday afternoon to Cornhill St. where a 62-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Ministry of Labour Spokesperson Janet Deline says the worker sustained the fatal injuries while trimming a tree at a workplace.
The company is "A-Let Shaunn Trim It."
No orders or requirements have been issued at this time.
Chatham-kent police are not releasing any further details.
