The Ontario Fire Marshall has been called in after a fire in Windsor.
Just after midnight Wednesday, Windsor fire crews were called to 1469 Arthur between Seminole St. and Metcalfe St. for a fire in the upper unit duplex.
One person is in Detroit Receiving Hospital in critical but stable condition.
Most of the damage is said to be in the kitchen area. Total losses are listed at roughly $100,000. The cause of the fire is being listed as 'accidental.'
Meanwhile, fire officials say a separate blaze Tuesday night on Argyle Rd. was intentionally set.
Crews were called to 686 Argyle Rd., south of Wyandotte St., for a fire in the lower unit around 6:20pm
Damage is pegged at $100,000. Five people were displaced but no one was hurt.
