Talks continue Wednesday afternoon between Unifor Local 444 and Caesars Windsor.
The two sides met behind closed doors with a provincial conciliator for a number of hours on Tuesday trying to end the six week strike.
During the last round of talks on April 18th, negotiations only lasted two hours.
The issue of respect remains a key issue in the labour dispute.
More than 2100 workers hit the picket lines on April 6th after rejecting a three year tentative deal by 59 percent.
The deal had included wage increases, a signing bonus, increase in pension contributions and improved job security for restaurant workers.
As of 4:00pm, both sides remain at the table.
