Damage set at 80,000
Investigators have released the cause of a duplex fire in Windsor.
It started just before 11am Monday in an upper duplex at 1656 Goyeau, just north of Tecumseh Rd.
Windsor Fire officials report it started in garbage pail outside kitchen and the suspected cause is the careless disposal of smoking materials.
Damage is estimated at $80,000.
No one was injured.
