Damage is now pegged at $200,000 following a weekend fire in downtown Windsor.
The fire started around 7pm Saturday on Caron Ave. near Park St. W. in a lower unit duplex.
One person remains in hospital in 'serious' condition while two others were displaced from the residence.
The Ontario Fire Marshal's office is investigating and reports the fire started in the rear of the lower unit laundry room.
The cause is still under investigation pending further testing but it is not considered suspicious.
