Charges have now been laid in connection to an arson in downtown Windsor on Saturday.
Windsor police say 44-year-old Long Thai of Windsor has been charged with arson with disregard for human life and breach of probation.
On Saturday, Windsor firefighters put out a blaze at 433 Wyandotte St. W. near Church St. around 5:30pm.
No one was injured and the damage estimate is between $40,000 - $50,000.
The scene was secured and detectives from the Arson Unit continue to investigate.
