Windsor Police say investigators have seized the suspect vehicle being sought in a fatal hit and run and an arrest has also been made.
A 3-year-old boy was hit by a green van on Wyandotte West at Bruce Ave around 8:30 Monday night.
Police say the driver did not stop.

The boy was rushed to hospital where he later died of his injuries.
Police say more information will be released Wednesday morning.
