The all clear has been given following a natural gas leak at Fort Malden in Amherstburg.
Amherstburg fire crews were called around 9:30am to the location on Laird Ave.
Amherstburg fire says a contractor hit a two-inch gas line.
Homes across from the Fort and north of the Fort were evacuated but everything has since returned to normal.
