One person has been taken into custody in connection with a lengthy police standoff in Walkerville.
Police closed off an area around the 900-block of Elsmere Avenue near Niagara Street Monday night around 11:30.
Some streets in the area remain blocked off as police investigate.
Investigators are expected to release more details later today.
