The Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) is reporting an additional 14 new cases of COVID-19, six of which are in agri-farm workers.
Speaking with the media on Wednesday, Medical Office of Health, Dr.Wajid Ahmed says upwards of 300 workers in this area have now tested positive.
There are now a total of 1,238 cases in Windsor-Essex, 67 deaths and 721 resolved cases.
22 per cent of the cases are in people aged 20-29 years old and 20 per cent are in people between the ages of 30 and 39
Outbreaks remain at two long-term care homes and eight workplaces, all in the agriculture sector, have two ore more cases of COVID-19, a decrease of one from Wednesday.
