The City of Windsor is reissuing unredeemed vouchers to spay and neuter cats.
220 vouchers were not redeemed during two phases earlier this year which means the vouchers are still up for grabs beginning Wednesday, November 16th.
This is the fifth year for the program to help reduce the number of homeless cats and reduce the number of cats that are euthanized.
The $50,000 program was approved by City Council in the 2016 operating budget.
Anyone interested should call 3-1-1.
The vouchers can be redeemed at participating veterinary clinics.
A maximum of two vouchers per household can be issued where the cats are owned and a family income criteria is met.
A maximum of four feral vouchers per houshold can be issued for a family with no income requirements.
