The University of Windsor is postponing its public tours for the new School of Creative Arts buildings in downtown Windsor.
The tours were suppose to happen on Friday but will be re-scheduled to a later date.
University spokesperson John Coleman says the university needs more time.
"The issue became that just everything isn't quite ready yet and although it is late, we wanted to be in a position where we've done everything possible to get everything on track and it's not quite there," says Coleman.
Coleman says the university's primary focus is to start programs out of the buildings in January.
It's been three and a half years since the university approved the $32.6 million redevelopment of the downtown armouries building and the former Tunnel Bar-B-Q property.
The new tour dates have not been announced.
