The union representing striking support staff at the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board has reached out to the employer.
In a news release, Unifor Local 2458 says it "hand delivered another comprehensive offer" to the board to try and settle the dispute.
370 clerical workers, technicians, custodians, maintenance and office staff walked off the job October 17th to back contract demands.
Workers say the key issues are post retirement benefits and workload.
The pickets have resulted in teachers being delayed getting into school.
