Two serious motorcycle crashes in less than two weeks has Windsor police concerned about the upcoming season.
The latest happened around 11pm Wednesday when a motorcycle went out of control on Woodlawn Ave near Sydney.
A 26-year-old Windsor man is now in hospital with serious injuries.
It follows a crash on March 10th on Cabana Rd West where a 17-year-old Windsor boy lost his life.
"If you had not been riding obviously through most of the winter, be aware of that, brush up on your skills and safety skills," says Windsor Police Sergeant Steve Betteridge.
"These machines are incredibly heavy and accelerate at an incredible speed, we have to respect that and understand that."
Betteridge says in most cases, it boils down to slowing down.
Windsor police are still investigating the overnight crash and itĀ appears speed was a factor as the motorcycle hit a parked car.
